Youth Baseball Clinic a Homerun!

On Saturday, October 17 Walltown Park Recreation Center held it's fall Youth Baseball Clinic for participants ages 5-12 years old. It was a beautiful day for baseball and our participants learned a lot about the game. We worked on infield and outfield defense, base running, throwing, and hitting. Each player improved as the day went on. A special thanks to Duke University Head Baseball Coach Chris Pollard who stopped by to speak with our young players! Don't miss the next clinic Saturday, April 30,2016 from 10am-2pm at Valley Springs Park. Registration opens December 1, 2015. You never know who might drop by!
