Trail or Park Tuesday: Durham Central Park

Durham Central Park was created through a public/private partnership between the City of Durham and Durham Central Park, Inc., a nonprofit volunteer organization responsible for developing the park. The Park is small but what it lacks in size it makes up in features, attractions, and special events. Durham Central Park hosts numerous special events throughout the year from Food Truck Rodeos to seasonal themed events and numerous other types of special events. The Park is located at 501 Foster Street in the heart of Downtown Durham. If you would like more information about the park, Durham Central Park events or just how to support the park visit them online at www.durhamcentralpark.org and discover what this great park has to offer the Durham Community.
